Mindfulness is a basic human quality, a way of learning to pay attention to whatever is happening in your life. Mindfulness is also a practice, a systematic method aimed at cultivating clarity, insight, and understanding.

Meditation Instructions

More than three decades of scientific research at medical centers all over the world suggests that training in mindfulness mediation can positively and often profound affect participates ability to reduce medical symptoms and psychological distress while learning to live life more fully. My Grief Support Groups or private sessions will provide a safe environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain. Learn more.

If you or a loved one are having trouble coping or struggling with your emotions or displaying symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or other conditions, don’t hesitate to seek help. I will work with you using Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
